Landmark Announces Players of the Week

TOWSON, Md. – The Landmark Conference has released the Players of the Week for the ninth week of the season. The conference will recognize a student-athlete for each sport based on their contributions to their team throughout the season.

Offensive Player of the Week
Caroline Phillips
Juniata (Sr, M, Wilmington, Del.)

Phillips was invaluable on the field this week scoring four goals in two games with two game winners. Because of her play, the Eagles went 2-0 and spoiled Scranton's bid for a No. 1 seed in the last game of the regular season. She leads the team with 11 goals and 24 points and has five multi-goal games this year.

Notes:
It came down to the wire this week to figure out playoff seeds. Catholic picked up a win Friday, but had to wait for Sunday's result to earn the No. 1 seed. Please note semifinal games have been moved to Thursday.
